Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Maison Batu online store.
Products
Maison Batu sells fragrance products, discovery sets and related goods. Product descriptions, sizes, prices and availability are shown on the respective product pages.
Orders and contract formation
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when Maison Batu accepts the order by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
Maison Batu may refuse or cancel orders where products are unavailable, payment cannot be processed, shipping to the destination is not possible, the order appears fraudulent, or the order exceeds reasonable household quantities.
Pre-orders
Pre-order products are shipped according to the expected shipping window stated on the product page or at checkout. The stated dates are estimates. Your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal where applicable, remain unaffected.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Prices include applicable VAT where required, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Maison Batu does not store full payment card details.
Shipping
Orders are shipped according to the Shipping Policy. Shipping availability, shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the European Union have statutory withdrawal rights. Details are set out in the Refund Policy.
Statutory warranty
Your statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, please contact Maison Batu at contact@maisonbatu.com.
Use of the website
You may not use the Maison Batu website for unlawful purposes, interfere with the security or functionality of the store, or attempt to misuse the checkout, payment or customer account systems.
Intellectual property
All content on the Maison Batu website, including text, images, logos, designs, product names and visual concepts, is protected by intellectual property rights. Use without prior written permission is not permitted.
Liability
Maison Batu is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory under applicable law. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
