Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs for the original shipment, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Please contact Maison Batu before returning fragrance products. Fragrances may be subject to transport restrictions, and returns must be packaged securely and shipped in accordance with applicable carrier rules.
Condition of returned products
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling that is not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return may be excluded from withdrawal once the seal has been removed, where legally permitted.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@maisonbatu.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
