Maison Batu ships from Munich, Germany.
Shipping carrier
Orders are shipped with DHL where available.
Shipping destinations
At launch, Maison Batu ships within the European Union. If a destination is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to that destination.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping, including launch offers for Discovery Set orders, may be available when shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Germany: usually 2-5 business days after dispatch.
European Union: usually 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, carrier delays, weather, customs-related checks, payment reviews or other circumstances outside our control.
Order processing
Orders are processed after successful payment. Pre-order items are shipped according to the expected shipping window stated on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information where available.
Delivery restrictions
Fragrance products may be subject to transport restrictions. If an order cannot be shipped to the selected destination, Maison Batu will contact you and refund the order if necessary.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report the damage to the carrier immediately and contact Maison Batu as soon as possible at contact@maisonbatu.com. Please keep the packaging and product until the case has been reviewed.
