Maison Batu ships from Munich, Germany.

Shipping carrier
Orders are shipped with DHL where available.

Shipping destinations
Available destinations are displayed at checkout. The Discovery Set currently ships within Germany. If a destination is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to that destination.

Shipping costs
The Discovery Set ships free within Germany. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times
Discovery Set within Germany: delivery in 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
50 ml Arc of Light fragrances: paid pre-order, with delivery no later than December 31, 2026. Early orders may arrive around Christmas; Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.
Only destinations offered at checkout are currently available. The delivery deadline stated for the 50 ml pre-order applies to accepted orders.

The 2–3 business day estimate applies to the in-stock Discovery Set. The stated delivery deadline for 50 ml pre-orders is December 31, 2026.

Order processing
Orders are processed after successful payment. Payment for 50 ml pre-orders is collected when the order is placed. Mixed orders are shipped separately: the Discovery Set is sent immediately for delivery in 2–3 business days within Germany; the 50 ml pre-order follows with delivery no later than December 31, 2026. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information where available.

Delivery restrictions
Fragrance products may be subject to transport restrictions. If an order cannot be shipped to the selected destination, Maison Batu will contact you and refund the order if necessary.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report the damage to the carrier immediately and contact Maison Batu as soon as possible at contact@maisonbatu.com. Please keep the packaging and product until the case has been reviewed.
