Before you submit

Withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may generally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason.

Use the electronic function for the whole order or selected items. The physical return and any inspection take place afterwards.

Opened fragrance products

Please test the fragrance carefully with one or two sprays. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning—including more extensive use—Maison Batu may claim compensation for any resulting loss in value in accordance with applicable law. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.

Damaged or incorrect item

A defect or incorrect delivery is handled separately from a withdrawal. Contact Client Care and describe the issue so that Maison Batu can help without delaying your statutory rights.

For the fastest automatic confirmation, open the order in your personal Shopify account. Guest customers can alternatively use the public two-step form below without giving a reason.

Shopify verifies access by sending a one-time code to the email address used for the order. Return and cancellation requests receive an automatic confirmation.
